In another aimless search, I found Lake Tuggeranong, south of Canberra. The wooded lake reminds me of the game of hide-and-seek I played as a child. So, I hid behind the tree and Yuexin helped me take the picture. As an outsider, I am more used to hiding myself in a ‘mask’, or even behind a ‘tree’. I'm more used to being an observer than a participant. I think that's probably the biggest impetus behind the picture.
